The All Clear Story

I began my entrepreneurial career in the lawn care business, and always prided myself on providing great service to my customers.

The lawn business did really well, and in fact, I was soon approached by a larger company who offered to purchase the business from me.

It was a great opportunity, for sure but it left me looking for something else to do! I started helping out with an existing family maintenance service business. It wasn't long until I found there was an even better market niche in dire need of quality services: providing construction contractors with reliable, on-time interior and exterior window cleaning prior to a real estate closing or a tenant move-in. In time, through my clients in the construction industry, I began to see that window cleaning only made up part of the equation. To help out contractors complete a job site in a timely manner prior to a resident's arrival on the property, All Clear began offering a full line of pre-occupancy cleaning services, from sweeping and cleaning to power-washing and debris removal.

This is how All Clear came to be what it is today.

Business has been booming ever since I saw my concept grow from a home-based job to a professionally run business located in a light industrial park, with licensed locations in Iowa and Kansas. Now, our plans include opening franchises in other areas of the country. The benefits of providing our specialized line of construction clean-up services are clear.
